Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Luxe Medical Uniforms is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

We are not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect addresses submitted at checkout.
